Welcome to Organik Robot™ (“Organik Robot”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our online learning platform hosted on Thinkific (the “Platform”), including any courses, digital downloads, resources, templates, toolkits, and subscription-based content we provide.
By purchasing, accessing, browsing, or using our Platform and content, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform.
1. ABOUT ORGANIK ROBOT
Organik Robot™ provides educational content and digital tools focused on performance thinking, mental frameworks, structured problem-solving systems, marketing strategy systems, productivity tools, and cognitive navigation resources.
All content is designed for educational and informational purposes only.
2. ELIGIBILITY
To use this Platform, you must:
be at least 18 years old, or
be at least 16 years old with parental or guardian consent.
By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY

terminology,
system names (including “Organik Robot”, “Operator”, “Channel Finder”, “MOS”, “Cognitive Navigation System”, and related concepts)
are owned by Organik Robot™ or licensed to us.
When you purchase or access our content, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the materials for your personal use or internal business use only.
You may not:
reproduce, distribute, sell, or resell the content,
share login access with another person,
upload the materials to any public platform,
copy or adapt the frameworks to create competing products,
train an AI model using our content,
publish Organik Robot™ materials as your own.
Any unauthorised use may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may lead to legal action.
6. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to use the Platform:
unlawfully,
to violate any third-party rights,
to harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others,
to attempt unauthorised access to systems or accounts,
to disrupt the Platform’s functionality,
to scrape, download, or extract content beyond normal use.
We reserve the right to restrict access where misuse is suspected.
7. DISCLAIMERS (IMPORTANT)
Organik Robot™ is an educational platform.
We do not provide:
medical advice,
psychiatric advice,
psychological therapy,
financial advice,
legal advice.

You understand and agree that:

Organik Robot™ is not responsible for any harm arising from misinterpretation or misuse of educational content.
9. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
We may provide examples, scenarios, strategies, and case-based frameworks. These are educational and do not guarantee income, growth, personal transformation, marketing success, or business outcomes.
Any references to performance improvement are illustrative only.
10. COMMUNITY FEATURES AND USER CONTENT
If our Platform includes community areas, comments, or discussion features, you agree to behave respectfully and professionally.
You may not post content that is:
offensive,
discriminatory,
illegal,
abusive,
sexually explicit,
misleading,
promotional spam.
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts where necessary.
You retain ownership of your own posted content, but you grant Organik Robot™ a licence to display it within the Platform.
11. REFUND POLICY
Because Organik Robot™ products are primarily digital educational content, our refund policy is limited.
11.1 Digital Products and Courses
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, all purchases are final.
Once access is granted to a digital course, toolkit, template library, or downloadable material, we do not offer refunds due to the nature of digital delivery.
11.2 Subscription Memberships
If you subscribe to a membership product, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future payments but does not retroactively refund prior subscription charges.
Access remains active until the end of your billing period.
11.3 Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, at our discretion, including:
duplicate payments,
technical failure preventing access that we cannot resolve,
other cases required by applicable consumer law.
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
11.4 How to Request a Refund

12. TERMINATION OF ACCESS

If your access is terminated due to breach, no refund will be issued.

13. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY

Thinkific service interruptions,
maintenance,
third-party hosting issues,
internet or device failures.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Organik Robot™ shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages including:
lost profits,
lost data,
business interruption,
personal or professional outcomes,
emotional distress arising from use of the Platform.
Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

We respect your privacy. Personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Thinkific’s platform processes.
We may collect personal information such as your name, email, and purchase history for the purpose of delivering services.
16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
17. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
